What we ask of you, and what you can expect from us.

The community rules below are settled and accurate. The formal legal sections — liability, governing law, how disputes are handled — are not written yet and must be drafted by a qualified professional before launch.

Who can join

SakhiiCircle is for adults navigating perimenopause, menopause and midlife change. You must be 18 or over to create an account.

What we ask of you

  • Be kind. Women come here having often been dismissed elsewhere. Disagree with an idea; never belittle a person.
  • Share experience, not prescriptions. “This is what happened to me” is welcome. “You have X, take Y” is not — none of us can diagnose a stranger.
  • Respect anonymity. Never try to work out or reveal who someone is. Do not repost what is written here elsewhere.
  • Do not sell anything. No products, no promotions, no recruiting.
  • Post your own words. Do not copy in material that belongs to someone else.

What you can expect from us

  • Your questions and answers are reviewed by a moderator before they appear. This usually takes less than a day.
  • You choose how you appear every single time you post, and anonymous is always available.
  • We will act on reports of harassment or content that is unsafe.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you want.

Moderation

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly or that put other members at risk. Serious safety concerns are acted on immediately.
